Your First Visit

During your first visit, our team focuses on making your experience as comfortable, thorough, and personalized as possible. Before you arrive, your forms will be texted to you for you to complete at your own leisure, and we’ll also complete an intake form during your initial phone call to gather other details and personal information.

At your appointment, once you’re seated, we’ll take your blood pressure, capture full intraoral and extraoral photos, and complete a cone beam CT scan. We’ll also discuss our whole-body health approach with you, then introduce you to your dentist for the comprehensive exam and review. Afterward, our treatment coordinator will walk you through your next steps, including insurance and scheduling.
